St. Petersburg Real Estate

Whether you’re a foodie, a sports fanatic, a beach bum, or everything in between, you’re sure to find something to love about St. Petersburg.

Residents say living in “Sunshine City” is like being on vacation all year round. They rave about the downtown district, the city’s many parks, the restaurant scene, the endless sunshine, and glorious beaches.

The heart of the city is its culturally diverse downtown. Along with a vibrant arts scene, fantastic shopping, restaurants, and bars, St. Petersburg’s downtown is the site of Tropicana Field – home of the Tampa Bay Rays; The Dali – housing an extensive collection of artworks by surrealist artist Salvador Dali; and the Saint Petersburg Pier – which features vendors, entertainers, a café, the Tampa Bay Watch Discovery Center and plenty of room to stroll around the Florida sun and watch the calm blue waters of Tampa Bay.

The city boasts a number of parks and outdoor spaces, including Fort De Soto Park which covers five islands over 1,000 acres between the Gulf of Mexico and Tampa Bay and offers pristine beaches, fishing piers, kayak rentals, and the historic Fort De Soto.

St. Petersburg has a population of about 250,000 and is within the Tampa Bay Metropolitan area, which has about 2.7 million people. The city is an urban/suburban mix of single-family homes, apartments, condos, townhomes, luxury beach houses, and more.
